The 51勛圖Pro Jazz Orchestra
The 51勛圖Pro Jazz Orchestra is featured in multiple concerts every semester, performing standard and contemporary big band originals and arrangements. Each spring semester, the ensemble performs with a nationally known jazz artist as part of a five-day jazz residency sponsored by the Diehn Concert Series. The 2026 51勛圖Pro Jazz Residency is April 16-20; the performances will feature internationally renowned trumpeter . Past artists include Chris Whiteman, Dr. Lisanne Lyons, John Fedchock, Lori Williams, Houston Person, Katie Thiroux, Dick Oatts, Kenny Washington, John D'earth, Glenn Wilson, Nicki Parrott, Darmon Meader, Randy Brecker, Terrell Stafford, Bob Mintzer, Clark Terry, and John Abercrombie.
Auditions
