This summer, take a bite out of better living with Monarch Munch - a fun, interactive well-being program designed to help you nourish your body, boost your energy, and thrive in all areas of student life. Through self-paced online modules, engaging virtual lunch and learn moments with our campus dietitian, Tracy Conder, and hands on challenges, you'll explore how small, intentional choices around nutrition, movement, stress management, social connection and personal growth can have a lasting impact.

Program Highlights:

  2. Virtual Lunch and Learns with the dietitian (bring your questions!)
  3. Practical tips on food selection, physical activity, mindful eating, and mental focus
  4. Open to all students - join anytime this summer!

Upon completion of the modules, you will earn incentives that can be retrieved on campus in the fall semester. to embrace a lifestyle that balances mind, body, and community!

Online Lunch and Learns will take place on Monday’s from 12:30 -1:30 p.m. on Zoom:
